July 4th Celebration & Fireworks July 3 Shawnee

Independence Day Celebration & Fireworks   July 3, 2017   Shawnee Mountain, Monroe County

Shawnee Mountain Ski Area is holding its annual Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks Display, which benefits the Shawnee Volunteer Fire Company. Bring your own chair or blankets for great slopeside seating.

There will be an outdoor DJ, Uncle Sam Stilt Walker, Mark Clark’s “All American Magic Show” and various food & craft vendors. Plus, a delicious Hickory Licks barbecue.

The fireworks display will begin at dusk, between 9:00pm - 9:30pm, and are presented by the Interstate Fireworks Display Company.

Coolers, outside food, pets, alcohol, weapons, fireworks are not permitted.

Seating - Plenty of slopeside seating is available. Bring your own blanket/chairs and claim your spot on the hill. See the map below to make sure you are facing in the right direction.
